You can rename centres, change Main/Attached status, change the parent Main Centre, and change display order. If KHADRI is under BHERTHAL today, simply edit its parent to JAGADHRI tomorrow. Attendance history remains unchanged.
Upload your full CSV whenever you want. Badge No is the unique key. Existing people with the same Badge No are updated; new people are added. Attendance history is not deleted.

Centre names must match the Centre Management names. Unknown centre names are imported but flagged so you can fix them.
Before a live event, take a database backup and test scanning at all 6–8 counters. For true multi-counter live use, deploy this PHP/MySQL version on a server with reliable local internet/Wi-Fi. The next production enhancement can add offline sync if your venue connection is unreliable.
Use this when attendance is collected in another system/device and you receive a CSV containing Badge Numbers. You MUST select the attendance date before importing.
Badge No
One Badge Number per row. Do not include names or centres in this file. The system finds each Badge No in the master People database and marks that person present for the selected date.
Duplicate Badge Numbers: ignored. Unknown Badge Numbers: not imported and reported. Previous dates: never overwritten.
This portal includes the main operating instructions so staff can use the system without referring to a separate manual.

Use Attendance for live QR/barcode scanning. If a code does not work, type the Badge No and use Manual Entry. Duplicate attendance for the same person on the same date is blocked.
Use Attendance File Import when you have a CSV containing Badge Numbers. Select the date first, then upload the file. Only the Badge No column is required.

Centre Management is separately PIN protected. Report downloads are separately PIN protected. Keep these PINs with authorized management staff only. The Admin PIN can be used for master CSV and attendance file imports.
